English with Toby is an AI-powered educational tool designed to assist users with British English learning, including grammar correction, conversational practice, and exam preparation (e.g., OET, IELTS). It is an automated system and does not connect you with human tutors.

3. Payments and Telegram Stars

Certain premium features (like the AI Interview Simulator and Mock Exams) require payment.

• Payments for premium access are processed exclusively through Telegram Stars.
• By purchasing a subscription or features, you agree to Telegram’s payment terms and conditions.
• All sales are final. Refunds for Telegram Stars are subject to Telegram’s native policies, and we do not issue direct cash refunds for digital goods purchased via Stars.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Toby for educational purposes only. You must not attempt to bypass rate limits, reverse-engineer the AI prompts, send abusive or illegal content to the bot, or use the service for any unauthorized commercial purpose.

5. Educational Disclaimer

While Toby is designed to provide high-quality exam preparation and clinical English practice, we do not guarantee specific scores on official exams (such as IELTS or OET). The bot’s assessments are simulated estimates meant for practice. You are solely responsible for your actual exam performance.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the Telegram bot. Continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
